No delegate will be allowed to attend the event unless fees have been received in full prior to the event.

Once a booking has been made it will be subject to the following terms:

Registration cancellations received by 1st April, 2012 will be refunded in full less an administration fee of £100 + VAT.
Registration cancellations received on or after the 1st April,2012 will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. No refunds will be given.
All cancellations must be made in writing to Carley Donegan, Perfect Information and will be subsequently acknowledged in writing.
The organisers will accept a substitute delegate if the original delegate is unable to attend.

These terms and conditions are effective for ALL registrations, even if payment is not received at time of booking and also include any delegate that is a "No Show".

Perfect Information Ltd will not accept liability for any transport disruptions or individual travel delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellations restrictions will apply.
