Over a 6-10 week period the students participate in a five day programme held on-site at our partner companies. During these days they are introduced to some of the key skills for success and they hear from business leaders in a structured session called 'Power Hour'.

Greg Simidian, CEO, PI held one of the Power Hour sessions with 20 students. The session was lively, interactive and opened eyes for both students and the attending professionals alike. The questions posed by the students demonstrated professionalism and a real desire to understand the skills and characteristics needed to succeed in business. To witness the drive and ambition in the students, rarely recognised within the traditional education system, was invaluable and made those attending from PI fully understand the importance of the Success for Life programme.
